What We Do

East Orlando Short Sales Assists Homeowners in East Orange County in Listing and Selling their Homes prior to damaging their credit and going into Foreclosure. And for Buyers and investors who want to buy those same properties!

We utilizing the “Short Sale Relo” Concept of Aggressively Marketing the homes at current values for quick sale closings and then simultaneously Relocating displaced Post-Short Sale Homeowners and their Families into New Affordable Homes, with Fixed Rate Mortgages or Lease Purchases, within their budget. We also provide relocation services into Rental Properties, for those who could not save their credit and may need help to find a rental.

Who We Are

Ottersen Realty Corporation is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Corporation and member of the Greater Orlando Association of Realtors MLS we are located at 15151 Lake Pickett Road just west of Avalon Blvd and Hwy 50 in East Orange County. The “East Orlando Short Sale Relo” concept was developed by Mr. David P. Ottersen a Licensed Realtor, Property Manager, and Mortgage Broker/Underwriter. Mr. Ottersen has had over 25 years experience in Real Estate and Mortgage Finance. With specialized training in Property Management, Short Sale Negotiations and Mortgage Finance Underwriting and Real Estate Law.

We can service customers anywhere within in the Greater Orlando Association of Realtors MLS Approved Area from Daytona To Tampa I-4 Corridor, but currently specialize in the east Orlando and south east Seminole county zip codes.
